The Valuation Roll

The Valuation Roll is the document which displays the rateable value of the non-domestic properties in the area.

1st April 2010 was the date of the most recent rating Revaluation of non-domestic property in Scotland, England and Wales.

At the Revaluation a new Valuation Roll was produced, containing revised rateable values and details of ownership and occupation for non-domestic property.
