The Council Tax Valuation List
The Council Tax Valuation List is a public document which contains the addresses and Council Tax bands of domestic properties in the Assessor's area. It also shows certain properties which are exempt and the effective dates of any band changes.
It can be inspected at the Assessor's office or it can be purchased in electronic or paper format by application to the Assessor's Office. Details of properties on the Council Tax Valuation List can also be accessed electronically at www.saa.gov.uk
